Our Insight Dialogue sangha meets from 7:00 – 9:30 pm on second Monday of the month. We usually have two peer facilitators guiding each evening. Most of us have attended numerous Insight Dialogue retreats, and several of us serve on the Cascadia Insight Dialogue Retreat Team.
Prerequisites: Participation in at least one Insight Dialogue retreat.
