The group meets once a month on Friday from 19:30 – 21:30. Insight Dialogue practice is facilitated by the group members. We meet in various locations in Utrecht City. For more information, please contact insightdialogueutrecht@gmail.com.
Prerequisites: Prior Insight Dialogue experience, including working knowledge of the guidelines, having attended at least one Insight Dialogue retreat or an Insight Dialogue course of several days.
