The group meets from 7:30 – 9:30 am, typically on the first Monday of the month. Insight Dialogue practice is facilitated by Nynke Humalda. She has attended numerous Insight Dialogue retreats and participates in a teacher development cohort offered by the Insight Dialogue Community.
