The Queer ID Sangha is delighted to offer this inaugural day of relational practice for the global LGBTQIA+ community to wake up together. We’ll celebrate the newly formed Queer ID Sangha by warmly welcoming practitioners who are brand new to Insight Dialogue as well as experienced Insight Dialogue community members.
We will offer contemplations throughout the day exploring what it’s like to practice dhamma in Queer community as we methodically deepen our understanding of each of the six Insight Dialogue guidelines.
There will be four online practice sessions to accommodate our meditation partners in time zones around the world. We kindly request that participants commit to attending at least two sessions during the day (1&2 or 3&4). All are also welcome to attend the entire day.
This day of practice is ideal for Queer folks with an interest in Insight Dialogue and for experienced ID practitioners. Practice will be offered in English.
Schedule:
- Session 1: 7:30am – 9:30am PDT
- Session 2: 10:30am – 12:30pm PDT
- Session 3: 2:30pm – 4:30pm PDT
- Session 4: 5:30pm – 7:30pm PDT
