Week by week, this drop-in practice group will practice with the six guidelines of Insight Dialogue to cultivate freedom from suffering while in relationship with others.

Strengthening practice with the guidelines is the means for the wisdom of Dhamma to enter into the heart and mind in an immediate and embodied way that is instantly applicable in daily life.

Each session will include silent meditation, focus on an Insight Dialogue guideline and contemplation practice in breakout rooms with meditation partners. During each session, participants will be welcome to indicate a preference to practice with meditation partners from their affinity group (e.g. Asian Pacific, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+).
