This online series will explore the theme ‘Clinging and release – the experience of freedom’. Guided by our teachers, each session will progressively unfold into the next to deepen our understanding of clinging and release in relation to the five aggregates.  Each session will include teaching, meditation, contemplations and Insight Dialogue relational practice.

The Buddha’s teachings on the Four Noble Truths provide us with a very practical framework for experiencing freedom from dukkha or suffering. The process begins with understanding dukkha, which is defined succinctly as clinging to the five aggregates of form, feeling-tone, perception, volitional formations and consciousness.  At first reading, this list might seem quite technical or abstract, but exploring these aggregates together in relational practice reveals how to release our clinging, so that we can experience freedom on deeper and deeper levels.
