The group meets on the first Saturday of the month from 10:30 am-12:00 pm ET monthly. Insight Dialogue is facilitated by Jaylene Summers. She has attended many Insight Dialogue retreats and currently participates in several facilitators and teaching development cohorts.
Prerequisites: Meeting with the facilitator prior to attending so that some guidance may be offered.
